I watched my kids take the TAKS today. Not very entertaining but I just read my Teen Vogue magazine and wrote my essay for english. I never knew how boring it was to watch a student take the TAKS. Sigh.
You made me laugh! YES, it is boring to watch kids take the TAKS test, but we have to do it anyway, and you actually have to WATCH them to make sure everyone is following all the state-mandated rules. Some teachers call in sick (cough, cough) on TAKS days ... but not us!!
